MAU is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer for our client in Fountain Inn, SC. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will provide manufacturing engineering support by troubleshooting and performing mechanical and electrical maintenance to ensure equipment safety, quality, and reliability while driving continuous improvement initiatives. This is a six month contract.
Benefits Package 401k matching Life insurance Health insurance Dental Insurance Vision insurance Short term disability Long term disability Paid time off Shift Information Monday to Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM Required Education and Experience Associate’s Degree General Requirements Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and other systems Proficient in systematic troubleshooting and problem-solving Effective communicator with clear verbal and written skills Highly organized self-starter with sound judgment Strong analytical and technical skills with attention to detail Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and deliver excellent customer service Capable of working independently and completing tasks within set guidelines Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel and PowerPoint required, Power BI preferred) Experience with problem-solving tools such as PDCA and A3 Essential Functions Provide manufacturing engineering support, including troubleshooting and mechanical/electrical maintenance, to meet safety, quality, and delivery targets Ensure compliance with Bosch’s standards and procedures Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimizations Demonstrate strong customer focus and teamwork to enhance operational efficiency Identify and execute projects to improve machine safety, quality, and reliability
