What will you do?The manufacturing engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, monitoring and improving manufacturing processes. You will ensure the efficiency and quality of all products, collaborating closely with the production and quality teams to implement continuous improvement and productivity projects.
• Design and develop efficient manufacturing processes that meet quality and production standards.• Implement continuous improvement methods and techniques to optimize production processes and reduce costs.• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for the analysis, design, and execution of productivity projects.• Perform root cause analysis on manufacturing problems and apply effective solutions.• Develop detailed documentation for manufacturing processes, including flow charts, work instructions and product specifications.• Manage design projects and improvement of assembly equipment, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budget, and objectives.• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and propose corrective actions when necessary.• Ensure that all manufacturing practices comply with applicable safety and environmental regulations.
What do you need to succed?• Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.• Minimum of 6 months experience in a similar role, preferably in high-volume manufacturing industries.• Solid knowledge of continuous improvement techniques (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, etc.).• Ability to work with design software (such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks) and industry-specific ERPs.• Analytical and problem-solving skills.• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to rapid changes in production demands.• Proficiency in technical English, both written and spoken, is preferred.
