Job Responsibilities:
Direct accountability for fixtures, equipment evaluation, hand tools, and time studies as required for the manufacture of assemblies and end products of the current or future program. Assist EHS Coordinator with ergonomics programs and assists with the plant Health and Safety initiatives. Initiates recommendations for equipment and ensures that all fixtures allow for acceptable time and process standards. Work with Quality to ensure that in-process checks are being accomplished using fixtures provided.
Undergraduate degree in Engineering or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience. A high level of analytical ability is required to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Must be proficient with computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database and AutoCAD software.
