Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing manufacturing processes, providing engineering support, and optimizing manufacturing flow. This role requires collaboration with various departments to ensure product quality and efficiency.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop manufacturing processes by studying product requirements, designing, modifying, and testing manufacturing methods and equipment.Provide manufacturing engineering support to Production by answering questions and requests.Provide inputs to Design Engineering to optimize the manufacturing flow, cost, and layout, applying knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials.Collect, analyze, and summarize information to provide product and process reports; solicit observations from operators and technicians.Confect work instructions in accordance with product requirements and assembly drawings.Ensure that manufacturing procedures follow safety and environmental regulations.Essential SkillsDegree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.Must be a person or have a permanent resident card.3-5 years previous experience as an aerospace, automotive, or similar manufacturing engineer.Knowledge of manufacturing processes, fabrication methods, and tool design.Proficiency with CAD tools.Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in aerospace manufacturing.Experience in mechanical engineering.Experience with automotive manufacturing methods.Work Environment

The role is based at an on-site manufacturing facility in Midland. The company offers a direct hire position with a monthly stipend, relocation assistance, hotel stay for 2-3 months, and stock options.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
