Job Description
The Manufacturing Engineer (ME) is a critical member of the Customer Focused Team, responsible for bringing customer's new product designs into realization. The ME ensures that products always meet customer requirements and specifications, with 'cradle to grave' ownership from prototype stage through to sustaining production. The ME will define the assembly process, product flow, materials, methods, and tools necessary to bring new products to the company portfolio. Customers will see the ME as an extension to their engineering team, proposing DFx solutions and recommendations to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality. This role collaborates with the production team to analyze and resolve various technical issues related to supplier quality, SMT, or backend mechanical assembly. The ME ensures engineering changes are properly implemented and that configuration management is maintained throughout the product lifecycle.

Physical Demands: As expected within a typical office environment, but may occasionally spend extended periods standing or walking in a production environment. The incumbent must possess enough strength to safely maneuver around equipment or materials and lift 25lbs without injury. Clear vision at 20 inches or less is required, along with color vision (ability to identify and distinguish colors) and depth perception (three-dimensional vision, ability to judge distances and spatial relationships). Mental Demands: Emotionally capable of professionally handling high-pressure situations in a fast-paced, highly demanding industry. Working Conditions: Equal mix of office and production environment. Safety clothing and gear are required when working in safety-sensitive areas.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
