Manufacturing Engineer
$75,000-90,000 DOE

 

The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure high-quality production while minimizing waste and costs. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to develop new manufacturing techniques, troubleshoot production issues, and continuously improve manufacturing systems.

Responsibilities:

Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions. Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support to the production team. Conduct root cause analysis on quality issues and work on corrective actions. Design, procure, and maintain tooling and equipment needed for production. Collaborate with product design teams to ensure the ability to manufacture new products. Ensure that manufacturing processes comply with safety standards, environmental regulations, and industry certifications.

Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. 3-5 years of experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge and experience with LEAN Enterprise required. Ability to interpret business plans and meetings to generate specific actions for Maintenance team. Ability to work in Lean Manufacturing environment
