Position Summary As a Field Services Engineer you will work in a cross-functional repair depot plant environment with Operations, Design/Quality/Test Engineering, Program Management, and New Product Introduction to enable high-quality, cost-efficient repair and refurbishment of depot serviced equipment. You will work primarily on continuous improvement, process development & implementation, failure analysis, and project management. You will gain a solid understanding of planning, implementing, and sustaining both small and large initiatives across a service organization.
