Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Project Engineer to support the development and improvement of manufacturing processes. In this role, you will focus on creating and updating work instructions, reviewing engineering documents, and ensuring the accuracy of Bills of Materials (BOMs). The position requires a strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, manage Engineering Change Notices (ECNs), and assist with tooling requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create and update detailed manufacturing work instructions, ensuring clarity and consistency with engineering intent.
* Review and interpret engineering drawings and documents to ensure accurate translation into manufacturing processes.
* Conduct Engineering Master Reviews and ensure all engineering documentation aligns with manufacturing requirements.
* Review and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) for accuracy and completeness.
* Create and manage Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) to support continuous improvement and product updates.
* Assist with tooling design, procurement, and integration to support manufacturing processes.
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Aerospace, Electrical, or a related Engineering field from an accredited university.
* 2-5 years of manufacturing engineering experience with a focus on work instruction creation, engineering documentation, and BOM management.
* Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical documents.
* Experience in creating and managing ECNs.
* Strong technical skills with proficiency in relevant software (CAD, Schedule Tracking, Technical Writing, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook, etc.).
* Must be a U.S. citizen due to the nature of the work.
Desired Qualifications:
* Knowledge and experience using MRP/ERP systems.
* Familiarity with tool management, including identification, storage, and maintenance.
* Experience with Engineering Documentation Support and electro-mechanical assembly.

Employees receive 8.67 of PTO leave every month and 8 holidays throughout the calendar year. Positions may be eligible for discretionary bonus.
