Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer I to join their team. As a Manufacturing Engineer I, you will be part of the pre-production engineering manufacturing support team, contributing to the innovative development of cutting-edge technology. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Manufacturing Engineer I
**Location:** Waukesha, Wisconsin
**Pay Range:** $24 per hour
**What's the Job?**
+ Set up equipment for production in accordance with specified settings.
+ Operate developmental processes while maintaining accurate digital records as required for quality assurance.
+ Proactively identify hazards and assist in resolving safety concerns.
+ Collaborate with engineering personnel for process development and improvement.
+ Visually inspect components and manipulate features under a microscope to resolve discrepancies.
**What's Needed?**
+ Associates degree, or a High School diploma with a minimum of 2 years technical experience.
+ Proficiency in troubleshooting at subsystem and system levels using identifiable problem-solving techniques.
+ Fine motor skills and high levels of visual acuity.
+ Ability to understand and interpret basic written technical information.
+ Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
