Job Description Responsibilities:   * Plan and execute complex manufacturing engineering tasks across various production lines.   * Develop manufacturing concepts for product quotations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with engineering and quality standards.   * Participate in product development, design reviews, and approve engineering drawings for smooth production transitions.   * Provide technical support to supervisors, coordinate tooling plans, and oversee production phases.   * Act as a liaison between departments to resolve production issues and ensure effective communication.   * Review and approve engineering documentation, investigate design/process changes, and manage non-conforming materials.   * Conduct cost analyses and recommend vendors for specific product lines. * Provide guidance to Manufacturing Engineering and Technicians, and lead Lean Manufacturing initiatives such as 6S and Kaizen events.
