Job Summary:
We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to drive quality improvements in aerospace manufacturing. This role involves gathering and analyzing production data, using problem-solving tools to enhance manufacturing processes, and supporting the introduction of new or improved machinery.

Job Duties:
* Capture, analyze, and utilize manufacturing process data to assess and improve quality and performance.
* Develop and compile Manufacturing Variability Analysis (MVA) packages, including dimensional variation studies, process capability assessments, and root cause analysis.
* Assist in the preparation and completion of First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR) to ensure compliance with aerospace quality standards.
* Utilize PFMEA, Control Plans, and MSA activities to drive process improvements in manufacturing and assembly.
* Support HPC and Production systems, implementing Lean Manufacturing best practices and yield enhancement initiatives.
* Gather and define machine functional specifications for new or upgraded manufacturing processes.
* Prepare data reports and presentations to support process optimization and manufacturing efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
* Knowledge of Investment Casting Processes, including tool & die, wax and ceramic injection, and rapid prototyping. Experience in Aerospace investment casting and/or single crystal manufacturing ideally.
* Experience in manufacturing best practices and working in a continuous improvement culture.
* Familiarity with GD&T, NDE inspection, and dimensional analysis processes.
* General awareness of manufacturing systems and enabling software tools relevant to aerospace production.
* Bachelor"s degree in engineering or relevant & equivalent experience.
* Due to the nature of the work, US Citizenship is required.
