Our **Beloit, KS** location is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer Intern. In this role, you will formulate, coordinate, and implement all Manufacturing Engineering activities in areas of responsibility. **Your Impact** + Support the shop floor during required activities and product launch periods where you will help the development and documentation of new processes and procedures. + Develop new standard data by time study or MTM as needed as well as develop cost estimates of manufactured components/materials ensuring completeness, accuracy, and conformance with required delivery schedules. + Lead improvement initiatives to gain efficiency in the manufacturability of current processes while communicating effectively with your AGCO colleagues. + Resource management, planning, and interfacing with other production groups including interface with our MRP system and planning group to ensure timely production. + Support the integration process of components to sub-assemblies and sub-assemblies to the finished good to improve the bill of process. **Your Experience and Qualifications** + Current student working towards a college degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field. + Understanding of basic Manufacturing Engineering concepts, manufacturing processes, lean manufacturing concepts, floor layout, and workflow. + Team player who can work effectively in a team environment with the ability to provide leadership for change and improvement. + Previous internship experience is welcome but not required. **Your Benefits** This is a paid, full-time internship during the summer of 2025 at AGCO Corporation in Beloit, Kansas.
