The position provides hands-on Engineering experience in an electronics manufacturing environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities + Helps develop, improve and revise manufacturing processes + Helps design and implement tooling and fixtures for effective manufacturing + Helps analyze failures and troubleshoots to improve test yields + Supports purchasing, quality, test, and production departments to ensure product integrity is maintained + Supports cost justification studies and ROI for capital equipment + Creating and updating work instructions + Supports SOW development for equipment implementation and validation Job Requirements + Graduate of or currently enrolled in college or university Engineering Program. + If currently enrolled, Junior or Senior level, preferred. Mechanical, Industrial or Electrical Engineering discipline, preferred. + Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office. + Working knowledge of AutoCAD or SolidWorks, preferred.
