Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Manufacturing Engineer to work directly with our primary customer in a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment. This role involves reviewing engine run hardware, collecting and analyzing data, generating engineering packages, and presenting findings to engineering teams. The ideal candidate will thrive in managing competing priorities, independently driving projects, and responding to ad-hoc requests based on program needs. Attention to detail and the ability to make sound decisions in a dynamic setting are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
* Collect and summarize conditions of engine run hardware and compile reports into standard packages.
* Generate Defect Notices and assign them to the appropriate groups for resolution.
* Conduct visual inspections of hardware and research standard repair and serviceable limits.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to present data to engineering disciplines and support program priorities.
* Drive new projects based on findings, navigating and setting expectations amidst conflicting priorities.

Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor"s Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
* 1-3 years of experience in the aerospace industry preferred.
* Familiarity with blueprints, specifications, and standard limits.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
* Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a self-driven entrepreneurial spirit.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in Aerospace Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO).
* Familiarity with data automation and visualization tools such as VBA, Power BI, or similar.
* Security Clearance: Secret (or ability to obtain).
