Role Overview:  ... As a Manufacturing Engineer, you’ll play a key role in optimizing processes, reducing downtime, and driving efficiency in daily operations. You’ll collaborate with an experienced team to implement Lean Manufacturing principles and lead change initiatives to enhance productivity. 

Key Responsibilities:  

Develop and refine manufacturing processes to improve workflow and output  Lead time studies and identify opportunities for continuous improvement  Manage change orders and contribute to process optimization  Oversee capital expenditure requests and equipment installations  Train team members on new processes and equipment  Work with external vendors to troubleshoot technical challenges  Support validation activities, including IQ, OQ, and PQ processes  Use data to assess process capabilities and drive improvements   

Qualifications: 

Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience  Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment, which can include internships, along with knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma principles  Familiarity with CAD software, such as SolidWorks  Strong technical writing and communication skills  Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment 

Work Environment & Physical Demands:  

Clean, climate-controlled workspace with exposure to chemicals and solvents  Requires safety equipment, such as eye protection and safety shoes  Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and stand for extended periods
