Responsibilities:
Design, optimize, and troubleshoot product processes to improve cycle times, product quality, and overall efficiency.
Work closely with product development teams to ensure manufacturability of new designs and drive cost-effective production.
Analyze and implement improvements to injection molding machine setups, tooling, and material usage.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce scrap, improve production throughput, and lower costs.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve quality issues related to the manufacturing process.
Develop and implement process documentation, including work instructions and process flows for operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, quality, and production, to ensure production meets customer specifications and industry standards.
Monitor and maintain machine performance, troubleshoot machine and equipment issues, and make recommendations for upgrades or repairs.
Utilize Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to improve production processes and reduce waste.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
3+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, a focus on injection molding processes is preferred.
Six Sigma certification (Green Belt, Black Belt) or other continuous improvement certifications.
Experience with high-volume production environments and large-scale manufacturing processes.

Education:
Bachelors

Experience:
4-7 years

Qualifications:
Bachelor???s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a similar field.
Experience with process optimization, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement in a production environment.
Proficiency with CAD software, and experience with process simulation tools for molding analysis.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
Ability to read, write, and understand English.
