Description: Assist Manufacturing Engineers with all aspects of their daily routines.

Key Tasks:

PPAP Project SupportConduct troubleshooting studies for machinery and quality issues8D project studiesDocumentation updates (system & floor)SPC studiesPlant floor layout designTime Studies and Process Cycle Time ImprovementsRedesign machine componentsDocument Preparation and design (Work Standards, Control Plans, Process Documentation)Gaging - CPK StudiesOEE & Process StandardsMachining Capability ImprovementsTolerancesReduce process variation

Education Requirements Include:
 

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering or related field with a minimum GPA of 2.5/4.0.

Additional Requirements:

Experience showing mechanical aptitude a plusExcellent communication skills required - oral and writtenGood multi-tasking skillsAbility to drive for results is essentialAbility to do logical problem solvingBasic understanding of engineering principlesWillingness and desire to learn.Ability to work independently or in a team setting.Computer literacy is necessaryTime Management Skills
