We are seeking a motivated and talented Manufacturing Engineering Co-op to join our team. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in manufacturing engineering, work on real-world projects, and contribute to the efficiency and quality of our production processes. + Assist in the design, development, and optimization of manufacturing processes. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production efficiency and product quality. + Conduct time studies and workflow analysis to identify areas for improvement. + Support the implementation of lean manufacturing principles. + Prepare technical reports and documentation. + Participate in project meetings and provide input on project progress. + Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues as they arise. **Qualifications:** + Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. + Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and principles. + Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Minitab. + Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills. + Hands-on experience with real-world manufacturing projects. + Mentorship from experienced professionals. + Flexible work hours to accommodate your academic schedule. + Opportunity to work on impactful projects.
