Manufacturing Engineering Intern Summer 2025 (PacSci)

**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Assist with the planning and design of manufacturing processes to improve production efficiency and ensure product quality.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production projects and problem-solving efforts.
+ Participate in the implementation of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement strategies.
+ Conduct time studies and help analyze workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout.
+ Aid in the creation and updating of manufacturing documentation, such as process maps and standard operating procedures.
+ Utilize CAD software to assist in the design of fixtures and tooling.
+ Gather and analyze data to support engineering decisions. **Qualifications:**
+ Currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor's or Master's program in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
+ Completion of foundational engineering coursework.
+ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
+ Basic proficiency with CAD software and MS Office Suite.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
+ Eagerness to learn and apply engineering principles in a manufacturing setting.

The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 41,600.00 - 83,200.00
