International is looking for a qualified Manufacturing Engineering Manager based in San Antonio, TX to manage a team of Manufacturing Engineers to ensure equipment is up-to-date, functional, and well-maintained.

 

The Manufacturing Engineering Manager drives innovation by overseeing the planning, development, and optimization of cutting-edge manufacturing processes for both new and existing products. Focused on maximizing efficiency and minimizing costs, this role ensures the seamless integration of materials, equipment, and personnel to deliver top-quality products. Partnering with engineering on new product releases, the manager develops dynamic reporting and record-keeping systems while leading and empowering a high-performing team to maintain smooth, efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Manages a team of manufacturing engineers to maintain existing tooling and equipment to support production.
• Engages with AME team to ensure tooling and equipment, product and processes are optimal to integrate into the current production process.
• Identifies opportunities to improve processes and assigns projects to engineers for execution.
