Job Summary

Reporting to the BU Engineering Manager, the Manufacturing Engineering Manager role involves…

   

What a typical day looks like:

Manage a team of engineers and technicians to establish and maintain manufacturing control systems for equipment, process, product, automation and box build.Design an optimized manufacturing processes flow to meet customer product quality and delivery.Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods driving on quality, cost and yield improvement.Evaluate and plan workforce utilization, space requirements, workflow, design layout of equipment, workspace for maximum efficiency and automation implementation.Responsible for maintaining and improving all equipment/processes related to efficiency, cycle times, capacity and capabilities.Coordinate with customers to define product specifications, Dfx engagement and design changes.Participate in early NPI involvement & new capabilities readiness, quotation supporting for new product.Applies FMEA/statistical methods to estimate future manufacturing requirements and potential risk.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

Above 10 years’ experience in electronics industry.Above 3-5 years’ team management experience.Skillful in PCBA and box build process, with automation line set-up experienceWith automotive product experienceSkill on NPI process arrangement and quotation development Good team work spirit and Lean conceptGood English skills both in written  and spoken.
