**Description:** You will be the functional Manufacturing Engineering Manager for the Lufkin facility\. Our team is responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting manufacturing processes for high\-reliability, military\-grade electro\-mechanical assemblies\. **What You Will Be Doing** As the Manufacturing Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of over 40 technical professionals, driving affordability projects and culture, and overseeing technical issue resolution, assembler training, and capital equipment selection\.
