This position will find, define, and provide detailed, engineered, solutions with the goal of improving our key metrics of Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Production.

Highlights of your role Function as a team player: humble, eager to work, understand other peopleUnderstand the effects of the equipment, and processes, in your designated production area on the Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Production metricsAbility to communicate (oral and written) well with a wide variety of folks: production associates, supervisors, maintenance, engineers, managers, Be able to find, define, and recommend projects to help production further metrics in Safety, Quality, Delivery, and ProductionLeverage technical skill sets to provide justification and solutions to situations:CAD abilities, Cost Justifications, Project/Work Planning, Root Cause Documentation, Writing Standard Work Procedures, fine attention to detailYou must genuinely enjoy problem solving!

Schedule: 7:00AM-3:30PM Monday through Friday
