We are looking to hire a highly motivated intern who can contribute to the team towards making great microarray products for our customers. You will be working on multidisciplinary projects with our engineers to stabilize and improve the manufacturing engineering operations.

What will you do?

You will be joining the Engineering team and will support microarray manufacturing operation on shift duties.

Responsibilities and Authorities

Responsible for production area repair and maintenance activities including corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance.Carry out equipment maintenance services as per preventative maintenance (PM) schedule ad specification.Responsible for equipment fixing and support operator to return equipment into production modeSustain production operation with minimum machine breakdowns and repairing time.Report any observation / finding during fixing, maintenance, or calibration activities.Maintain good housekeeping and safety practices in the production and maintenance support areas.Comply to ISO 13485:2003 and 21-CFR-820 requirements and accurate documentation and data integrity at all times.Ensure compliance with GMP, regulatory requirements, EHS standards, and other relevant policies/ standards.Assist Engineers in carrying out engineering assessment, experiments, advance problem solving and project support.Provide On-the-Job-Training (OJT) to new joiners.Participate in continuous improvement activities, including feedback to improve equipment stability and performance.

How will you get here?

Education

Diploma or equivalent with 1 years of experience or NITEC with 3 years of relevant hands-on experience.

Experience

Maintenance experience in manufacturing / cleanroom environment, preferably with machine fixing experience.Communicate with good command of written and spoken English.Demonstrate the ability to analyze, tackle problems
