Responsibilities:
Supervise Daily Operations: Lead and organize hourly employees to ensure production schedules are met while adhering to safety and quality standards.
- Drive Team Success: Set clear shift goals, manage team performance, including attendance tracking, and foster employee development.
- Foster Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with team members to gather feedback and implement initiatives focused on enhancing safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Mentor and Develop Team Members: Assist in training new hires and cultivate a culture of growth, excellence, and accountability within the team.
- Ensure Communication: Relay important business updates, policies, and initiatives to the team effectively.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with other departments (e.g., quality control, maintenance) to ensure smooth operations and collective success.

Working hours: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Skills:
Proven experience monitoring KPIs.
Inventory management is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with manufacturing software or ERP systems.
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor???s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role and/or 3 years within a manufacturing environment.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to convey expectations clearly and engage with team members effectively.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational capabilities to manage schedules, workflows, and production targets efficiently.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues quickly and implement effective solutions in a fast-paced setting.
