We are looking for a Manufacturing **Freezer Lead** to oversee the storage, organization, and inventory control of frozen good for our Client in Bath, ME. This is a critical role in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining compliance with food safety standards. Join our team and contribute to our commitment to excellence in manufacturing. **Position Summary:** The **Freezer Lead** is responsible for overseeing the storage and organization of frozen products, ensuring proper inventory rotation, temperature control, and adherence to food safety standards. This role requires leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a cold environment. The Freezer Lead will manage the freezer staff, coordinate with production teams to meet workflow demands, and maintain accurate records of inventory movements. We will train you to do this position. **Monday through Friday, 7am-3:30pm** **Key Responsibilities:** + Oversee the storage and organization of frozen products to ensure compliance with inventory systems and food safety regulations. + Ensure proper inventory rotation, including FIFO (first in, first out), to maintain product quality and minimize waste. + Monitor freezer temperatures to ensure products are stored within required specifications. + Coordinate with production teams to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of frozen products. + Ensure proper handling of frozen goods to prevent damage or contamination. + Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to freezer storage or inventory discrepancies + Maintain a clean and organized freezer environment in compliance with health and safety standards. **Qualifications:** + Previous experience in a manufacturing environment. + Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. + Ability to work effectively in a cold environment for extended periods. + Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple teams. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. + Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and record-keeping. **Benefits:** + Pay range of $19-$20/hour. + Health, dental, and vision insurance options. + Opportunities for career advancement within the company. + A supportive, team-oriented work environment. **Apply Now!
