**Manufacturing Manager** **POSITION IS LOCATED IN SAN ANTONIO, TX OFFREING UP TO 10K RELOCATION INCENTIVE. **Job Description** The Manufacturing General Manager is responsible for the manufacturing and production of automotive components that support the automotive industry. This role involves establishing and maintaining productive and effective relationships with management and department managers to foster a successful production environment centered on quality and safety best practices. The position also supervises Managers, Assistant Managers, and Group Leads as needed. **Essential Skills** + Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 10 years of manufacturing experience + Minimum 5 years of manufacturing management experience + Minimum 5 years of experience in a company with over 100 employees + Ability to develop work standard manufacturing procedural documents + Knowledge of the automotive manufacturing industry, total quality management systems, and best practices **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $140000.00 health insurance, benefits, 401k, PTO, Cost of living increases, and bonus structure for leadership roles. **Workplace Type** This is a fully onsite position in Tuscaloosa,AL. **Application Deadline** This position will be accepting applications until Jan 3, 2025. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
