A local manufacturing company in Spokane, WA is currently hiring for a skilled HR Generalist to add to their current team.

Pay: $25/hr. - $35/hr. (depending on overall qualification including tenure, job title, industry...etc.)

Schedule: (Standard M-F Morning Shift; 100% Onsite)

Location: Spokane, WA

6 Months Contract To hire

[Typical Day Responsibilities]

Onboarding and recruitment.Offer letters and interview assistance.ATS system tracking (Paycor).Mostly manufacturing/production/forklift/drivers/burial service professionals.Assisting with benefits and 401k work.Employee files.Some employee relations (take on after trust is built with employees).Policy drafting and maintenance.Eventually help launch performance management tracking in Paycor.Employee events.Occasional travel to Yakima location (very little).

2+ years of HR experience (high preference for current or recent HR Generalist title).Experience working in a Manufacturing Industry.Onboarding and Recruiting comfortability.Experience with Benefits.High preference for Paycor software experience but open to others/similar tools.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
