You must have a keen eye for detail to ensure all inspections are thorough and accurate.Proficiency with Inspection Tools: Experience using calipers, micrometers, and height gauges is essential for performing dimensional inspections.Effective Communication: Strong communication skills are crucial for collaborating with team members and reporting inspection results and issues.🌟 Key Responsibilities:Electrical Inspections: Conduct inspections of assemblies and sub-assemblies using documented test procedures.Documentation: Accurately document test and inspection results in accordance with Company procedures.Dimensional Inspections: Use calipers, micrometers, and height gauges to perform precise dimensional inspections.Visual Inspections: Conduct visual and dimensional inspections on products per procedures.First Piece & In-Process Inspections: Ensure quality from the start and throughout the production process.Communication: Collaborate with production supervisors, team leaders, and operators about issues found during inspections.Reporting: Write non-conforming material reports for defective products.Innovation: Contribute to the development of test and troubleshooting techniques.Versatility: Perform other duties as assigned.📋 Qualifications & Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent.Previous experience in electrical/mechanical inspection preferred.Proficiency in using calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.Ability to conduct test procedures to published documents.Proficiency in operating dedicated test rigs.Experience with standard measuring equipment including DVM, Hi-Pot, and Bonding resistance.Ability to work with minimal technical and administrative supervision.Experience with precision measuring tools and equipment.Ability to read and understand blueprints, engineering documents, inspection manuals, and procedures in English.Must have experience using various mechanical inspection tools, such as micrometers and calipers.ITAR Compliance: Only U.S. Citizens or Permanent Residents are eligible for this role due to exposure to projects and contracts subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).💰 Salary:$23-$26 Hourly

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
