Join us as a Manufacturing Lab Technician II in our White Bear Lake, MN facility.

You will work closely with the Research and Development team to lead product testing, assist with prototyping, and assist Design Engineers and Scientist to provide innovative solutions for our customers!

The anticipated hourly pay range for this role is: $24.00 – $26.00. At Pentair, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range. Pentair considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position at the expected location. More details about the opportunity:

Lead product testing to relevant requirements/standards and provide technical direction to other Lab Technicians as appropriateAssist with prototype production, building test stands and recommend design improvements and testing methods to R&D department to improve organizations capabilitiesPerform, analyze and accurate record test report data generated by R&D testing. Perform data analysis through plotting/graphing.Follow safety provisions and 5S standards regarding Laboratory safety and housekeeping standardsAssist with ordering lab supplies, calibrating lab test equipment to meet ISO certification standards, and assist in RCCM (Root Cause Counter Measure) analysis for field failure and recommend corrective action

Key Qualifications: 

Associate’s degree in a related field preferred3 -6 years of related laboratory experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office, JDEdwards, Statistical analysis tools (Minitab or C&E matrix)Knowledge of testing equipment: mechanical, electrical and/or chemical

Position hours/shifts:

8:00am – 5:00pm Monday – Friday (some flexibility)
