Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Manufacturing Laborers for projects located in the Wausau, WI area. This is a full time opportunity and the pay rate is $21/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:          

 Set up and run a Narrow Web, Flexo, Mark Andy PressRun up to 6-color narrow-web and 18-20 Flexo Presses. This includes daily start-up, production runs, clean-ups and shutdownsEnsure job is running properly and check quality throughout runUse Company specific system APEX in order to perform job order review to ensure job requirements are known and understoodVerify pH and viscosity of inks during setup and throughout the production runTroubleshoot machine-related problems such as tension pressure settings irregular ink distribution and web breaksVerify that processes / spec sheets are correct before production runLoad and unload press components required to perform effective changeoversTroubleshoot mechanical issues as neededPerform routine press maintenance Requirements Must have 2+ years of experience operating a Narrow WebExperience running Flexographic PressExperience operating a Mark Andy machine is a plus Company Details
