We have an opportunity to make an impact in our process center as a Manufacturing Machine Maintenance Technician III. You will directly impact uptime and production contributing to a collaborative, growth-oriented environment. You will be a subject matter expert in maintaining and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment with a focus on SAI delivery systems ; Auto Insertion, Wave Solder, Select Solder, and Surface Mount Technology equipment ; including SMT Stencil printers, pick-and-place machines, reflow ovens and board wash.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
+ Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) on all equipment based on the established PM schedule ensuring timely completion and preventing overdue maintenance.
+ Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
+ Read and interpret electrical diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals to assist with maintenance and repairs.
+ Collaborate with the team to prioritize and resolve maintenance issues promptly to minimize downtime.
+ Ensure that all equipment is maintained to meet safety and operational standards.
+ Document all maintenance activities, including PMs, repairs, and any actions taken.
+ Collaborate with other team members to improve equipment performance and reliability.
+ Follow all company safety protocols and adhere to industry best practices.
+ Monitor the availability of parts and replenish supplies
+ First Shift (9/80) must be flexible and able to work across different shifts as needed

QUALIFICATIONS YOU MUST HAVE:
+ Typically requires HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
+ 4+ years' experience in manufacturing machine maintenance.
+ U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or granted refugee or asylee status) as defined here: https://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-22/chapter-I/subchapter-M/part-120/subpart-C/section-120.62
QUALIFICATIONS WE PREFER:
+ Experience with SAI delivery systems; Auto Insertion, Wave Solder, Select Solder.
+ Experience with Surface Mount Technology equipment, including SMT Stencil printers, pick-and-place machines, reflow ovens and board wash.
+ Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance techniques and equipment care.
+ Proficiency in reading and understanding electrical diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation.
+ Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals .
+ Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment .
+ Experience using analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively identify and resolve issues and mitigate risks.

The salary range for this role is 50,000 USD - 100,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
