You will directly impact uptime and production contributing to a collaborative, growth-oriented environment. You will be a subject matter expert in maintaining and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment with a focus on SAI delivery systems ; Auto Insertion, Wave Solder, Select Solder, and Surface Mount Technology equipment ; including SMT Stencil printers, pick-and-place machines, reflow ovens and board wash. WHAT YOU WILL DO: + Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) on all equipment based on the established PM schedule ensuring timely completion and preventing overdue maintenance. + Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions. + Read and interpret electrical diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals to assist with maintenance and repairs. + Collaborate with the team to prioritize and resolve maintenance issues promptly to minimize downtime. + Ensure that all equipment is maintained to meet safety and operational standards. + Document all maintenance activities, including PMs, repairs, and any actions taken. + Collaborate with other team members to improve equipment performance and reliability. + Follow all company safety protocols and adhere to industry best practices. + Monitor the availability of parts and replenish supplies + First Shift (9/80) must be flexible and able to work across different shifts as needed WHAT YOU WILL LEARN: + Professional Development - Access to company paid certifications and training programs, mentorship and guidance from industry leaders, leadership opportunities, spearhead exciting high-impact projects and initiatives. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
