This includes machine setup, quality inspection, and routine maintenance. The role also involves PLC programming to optimize machine operations and ensure efficient production. **Responsibilities/ Requirements:** + Load and unload production machinery, program and optimize machinery for efficient operation, troubleshoot and resolve issues as needed, and perform scheduled routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance. + Review Building of Materials (BOM) ensuring proper identification numbers and quantities are accounted for. + Conduct in-process inspections to verify specifications are met and ensure proper tracking of lot numbers. + Manufacturing will take place in a clean room environment, must adhere to proper gowning procedures and clean room protocols. + Must be able to read and interpret work order instructions, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s), visual aids, repair manuals, and engineer drawings in English. + Perform other duties as assigned. + Must have a Highschool diploma or GED equivalent.
