REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: * High School Diploma/GED or local equivalent and minimum of 3-4 years of experience in setting up and producing products on CNC machines (preference for lathes, but will consider mills). * Proficient in math to calculate tool offsets, home positions, and verify print dimensions; * Ability to read blueprints and engineering documents (2D and 3D), use of measuring instruments such as calipers, comparator, borematics, micrometers, profilometer. etc. * Attention to detail and quality-minded work habits. * Demonstrated ability to communicate with others. * Ability to lift a maximum of 50 lbs., stand, sit, stoop, bend, walk, reach, squat, kneel, push, and pull for long periods.
