Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Mechanic to join their team. As a Manufacturing Maintenance Mechanic, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Maintenance Mechanic

Location: Clackamas, OR

Pay Range: $31.97 per hour

What's the Job?

Observe all company safety policies and procedures while maintaining good housekeeping and GMP practices. Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and hydraulic issues on various equipment. Perform routine maintenance and respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner. Train others to operate equipment safely and efficiently. Implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.

What's Needed?

High School Degree or equivalent. 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Experience with mechanical and/or electrical repair is required. Ability to read and follow schematics, electrical diagrams, and blueprints. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks regularly.
