The Maintenance Technician 3 is responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of manufacturing equipment at our facility. This role requires a high level of technical expertise and autonomy with a focus on complex troubleshooting, repairs, continuous improvement, and mentoring.Perform advanced preventive and corrective maintenance on sophisticated manufacturing equipmentTroubleshoot and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and automated systems independentlyContribute to root-cause analysis efforts to prevent recurring equipment issuesMentor and provide technical guidance to entry-level techniciansParticipate in continuous improvement projects to enhance equipment reliability and efficiencyEnsure all maintenance activities comply with FDA regulations, GMP, ISO standards, and safety protocolsUtilize and maintain accurate records in computerized maintenance management systemsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtimeEducation, Skills, & Experience:High School Diploma/GED with 4+ years of experience in electro-mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing of electro-mechanical systems. Associate’s Degree and 2+ years of experience in electro-mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing of electro-mechanical systems.Experience in electrical maintenance is preferredExperience working in a cGMP/Regulated environment desired.Able to read ladder logic and troubleshoot/repair PLC’s, electrical systems, AC/DC drive systems, and mechanical systems desired. Proficiency in machining, welding, and fabricating a plus.Strong attention to detail and GMP experience (including knowledge of change control, validation, and commissioning processes) desired.Adheres to documentation requirements in a cGMP compliant manner in accordance with applicable Quality Policies.Competent in the use of computers and Microsoft Office tools (Word & Excel). #biojobs
