**Job Title:** Manufacturing Manager Growing medical device company is looking for a manufacturing manager. Experience in a machine shop environment is preferred. **Description** Oversees the production and schedule of every project given by Production Director Responsible for maintaining a schedule for new and in process work orders Observes leads actions and adjust as needed Supervise employees assigned and is responsible for the quality of product in assigned departments Assist in management of department staff - hiring, corrective actions, training, terminations, and annual reviews Motivates, supports, and provides guidance to staff Evaluate machine resources to ensure process improvement Establish balance between increased productivity and reduced cost of manufacturing operations Set productivity goals and process improvement Develop workflow policies and procedures Provide back up assistance if needed for the programming or laser and punch press machines Support continuous improvements Collaborate directly with all departments - director, President, engineering team **Additional Skills & Qualifications** GMP experience 5 years of management experience in a manufacturing facility Oral and written communication skills Composing written reports Proficiency with MS office suite **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $110000.00/yr. full benefits provided by company (after 90 days) including: health dental vision 401k hsa life insurance earned sick time, PTO and vacation 10 holidays paid plus 1 floating 5 sick days annually 401k matched 50% on the dollar up to 6% **Workplace Type** This is a fully onsite position in Elmwood Park,NJ. **Application Deadline** This position is anticipated to close on Mar 7, 2025. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
