**Job Title:** **Manufacturing Manager**
**J** **ob Summary:** The Manufacturing Manager will oversee the daily operations of our manufacturing facility, ensuring that production schedules are met, quality standards are maintained, and safety protocols are followed. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of manufacturing processes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Plan, organize, and oversee the manufacturing process to ensure production efficiency and quality.
+ Develop and implement production schedules to meet company goals and customer demands.
+ Monitor production activities, making adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal performance.
+ Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the team.
+ Manage and mentor a team of production supervisors and operators, providing guidance and support.
+ Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering, quality control, and supply chain, to optimize production processes.
+ Analyze production data and generate reports to identify areas for improvement.
+ Implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
+ Maintain equipment and machinery, coordinating maintenance and repairs as needed.
+ Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in manufacturing technology.
**Qualifications:**
+ Proven experience in a manufacturing management role.
+ Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and safety standards.
+ Excellent leadership and team management skills.
+ Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
+ Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
+ Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Proficiency in manufacturing software and tools.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
