Job Title: Manufacturing Manager

Growing medical device company is looking for a manufacturing manager. Experience in a machine shop environment is preferred.

Description

Oversees the production and schedule of every project given by Production Director

Responsible for maintaining a schedule for new and in process work orders

Observes leads actions and adjust as needed

Supervise employees assigned and is responsible for the quality of product in assigned departments

Assist in management of department staff - hiring, corrective actions, training, terminations, and annual reviews

Motivates, supports, and provides guidance to staff

Evaluate machine resources to ensure process improvement

Establish balance between increased productivity and reduced cost of manufacturing operations

Set productivity goals and process improvement

Develop workflow policies and procedures

Provide back up assistance if needed for the programming or laser and punch press machines

Support continuous improvements

Collaborate directly with all departments - director, President, engineering team

Additional Skills & Qualifications

GMP experience

5 years of management experience in a manufacturing facility

Oral and written communication skills

Composing written reports

Proficiency with MS office suite

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
