We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Manufacturing Manager, based in Chihuahua, Chihuahua, México (E-Systems Division).

As Manufacturing Manager you will have an excellent opportunity to support operations and functional teams to achieve all the company goals.

 

Your Tasks will be:
• Administration of production supervisors.
• Key communication channel between the manufacturing areas and the functional areas of Quality, Planning, Materials, Maintenance and Engineering.
• Ensure that production plans are met with the highest established quality standards and in the correct time.
• Facilitate and ensure the creation of work teams to solve repetitive and systemic problems.
• Facilitate and ensure the creation of work teams for the continuous improvement of manufacturing KPIs.
• Maintain your area within the total parameters of 5S.
• Actively participate in the strategic boards of “Production Forecast”, New Launches, Engineering Changes and “Plant Manning”.
• Establish the goals of key indicators and periodically evaluate the performance of the personnel under your charge.
• Facilitate problem-solving strategies.
• Motivate outstanding performance, operational excellence and continuous improvement.

 

To be successful in this role you will need:
• Education Industrial, Electric, Electronic Engineering or any related field.
• Automotive and harness company experience preferable.
• 3 years of experience as Manufacturing Manager.
• English Advanced level.
• Advanced knowledge in MS-Office (graphics & reports).
• Knowledge of production metrics (OEE, Efficiency, Adhesion Indicators, absenteeism, DL Turnover, IPPM, WC).
• Knowledge in lean manufacturing (Green Belt certification preferred).
