Made Possible.** **Role Summary** The Supervisormanages a crew ensuring its effective operation by coordinating and directing employees, assigning tasks, coordinating the flow of work, overseeing completion of work, and monitoring performance of subordinates. This role provides leadership, motivation, training, and development of workforce; participates in continuous improvement activities as part of the site management team and ensures Company policies are followed to maintain a positive work culture. **Duties & Responsibilities (** **_include but are not limited to the following)_** **:** + Supervise, direct, and lead theday-to-dayactivities of team within assigned area to ensure safe and quality production and meet identified goals + Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following, implementing, and enforcing Company safety standards and procedures, housekeeping standards, and 5S/lean manufacturing programs by ensuring goals are met within the department. + Meet productivity targets by establishing clear goals for team and ensure proper equipment care + Enhance employee engagement by providing leadership and direction to the shift.
