Responsibilities Monitor production lines operations to ensure that it complies with the Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost (SQDC) of the company. Manage resource allocation including work station assignments, employee breaks and shift rotations to achieve assigned objectives. Manages the activities of the team and is responsible for staffing decisions, training and development, and performance management of the staff. Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply. Coordinate and manage resources to meet quality, delivery and cost goals. Monitor performance to match with shift and daily build plan and say do. Recommend improvements (kaizen) in quality processes and production procedures and equipment. Prepare daily production reports include of output quality and quantity. Requirements Diploma/Bachelor Degree in business or relevant studies. Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in production. Preferable experience working in manufacturing industry. Strong analytical and problem solving skills and able to establish logical practical solutions  Good communication skills
