Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Operations Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in optimizing our operational processes, enhancing efficiency, and driving strategic initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of data storage technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and evaluate existing operational processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor operational performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement process improvements.Conduct data analysis and generate reports to support decision-making and strategic planning.Identify trends, patterns, and root causes of operational issues, and recommend solutions to address them.Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies, procedures, and best practices.Support the planning and execution of projects aimed at enhancing operational capabilities and scalability.Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis and industry best practices.Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data storage technology to inform operational strategies.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Technology, or a related field.5+ years of experience in operations analysis, business analysis, or a related role within the technology or data storage industry.Expertise in Lean Manufacturing principlesKnowledge of Six Sigma standards and methodologiesExperience with SPCProven ability in process optimization and continuous improvement initiativesStrong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of data storage technologies and industry best practices is a plus.
Salary Range $75,000. - $90,000
