Validate design specifications and shop floor application of new product, tools, or equipment. Includes Manufacturing Engineers. + Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market. + Operate and maintain the HPLC equipment. + Operate and maintain the synthesis equipment. + Create and develop batch records and documents associated with the manufacturing process. + Work closely with engineering and maintenance to improve the manufacturing processes. + Develop and implement scale up activities for the manufacturing process. + Perform and oversee manufacturing operations for validation. + Support new manufacturing projects. **Required Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 5 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing). + Minimum 1 years’ relevant experience. + Strong oral and written communication skills. + Ability to analyze and resolve problems. + Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. + Proven project management skills. **Desired Characteristics** + Experience with Empower 3 software. + Experience with Manufacturing software. + Experience working with HPLC systems.
