The Raytheon Executive Director of Manufacturing Operations for Sensor, New England regional Executive and Site Executive for Andover, MA is seeking a Staff Executive to provide critical support by serving as a strategic partner and operational leader. The role will ensure the alignment of site priorities with company goals, facilitate smooth operations, and support decision-making processes across key initiatives. The Staff Executive will coordinate strategic projects, streamline operational management in partnership with functional leadership, and drive stakeholder engagement while maintaining a focus on budget, performance monitoring, and compliance. This role requires the utmost discretion and safeguarding of sensitive personnel, business and proprietary information. The ideal candidate will be a creative, innovative troubleshooter who possesses very strong organization, coordination, planning, analytical, teaming, cooperation and problem-solving skills. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
