Job Description:
Supervise a team in Manufacturing Operations.Manage daily activities, production operations, maintenance, and scheduling.Ensure quality standards are met and documented.Assist in cost reduction and process improvement.Schedule and sequence work to optimize productivity.Coordinate materials and logistics to ensure smooth operations.Monitor performance and productivity.Support production innovation and customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:

HS Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's or Master's preferred.Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Access skills.Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.Knowledge of SQL databases and PFEP.Why Work Here?

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $85000.00/hr.
