Job Title: Manufacturing Operations Supervisor

Job Description:

Supervise a team in Manufacturing Operations.Manage daily activities, production operations, maintenance, and scheduling.Ensure quality standards are met and documented.Assist in cost reduction and process improvement.Schedule and sequence work to optimize productivity.Coordinate materials and logistics to ensure smooth operations.Monitor performance and productivity.Support production innovation and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Supervise team members.Manage daily operations and scheduling.Ensure quality standards.Improve efficiency and reduce costs.Optimize work sequencing and productivity.Resolve materials and logistics issues.Monitor performance.Innovate production processes.Interface with customers.

Essential Skills:

3+ years of management experience in manufacturing.Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Access.Project management and profit/loss analysis.Continuous improvement and production planning.Leadership development.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

HS Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's or Master's preferred.Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Access skills.Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.Knowledge of SQL databases and PFEP.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $85000.00/hr.
