Eaton’s IS AER FED division is currently seeking a Manufacturing Operator.
The hourly rate for this position is $15.00 per hour.
The hours for this role are First Shift: 7am - 3:30pm Second shift: 4pm-12:30am Third Shift: 10:30pm-7:00am (Must be shift flexible)

What you’ll do:
Primary Function:
Direct and indirect hourly labor positions are responsible for hands-on product manufacturing, material movement and storage, assembly and quality testing.
Essential Functions:
Active involvement in creating a safe work place and following safety best practices.Work on cross functional Lean/Continuous Improvement Teams to improve manufacturing process efficiency and customer quality and delivery performance.Assemble products using machines and hand tools.Test assemblies using test machinery.Inspection of parts using fixtures, gages, and other inspection equipment.Shipping/Receiving dock, stockroom, material movement, and packaging activities.Extensive use of computers to view and edit manufacturing documents, transact inventory, and enter/track/maintain/analyze production data.Qualifications:
