Make It With Pride.** The Suttontown Plant are currently seeking a Production Warehouse Operator on a Part-Time, Fixed Term contract until September 2025. This position is requires 40 hours/fortnight. Position is structured across rotating shifts – Day / Afternoon / Night. **Job Description Summary** Working within our experienced team at the ionic Philadelphia site, you will have a variety of responsibilities in ensuring the plant meet Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Sustainability and Morale targets. **Job Description** The successful candidates will play a vital role in our manufacturing process, ensuring that our products are made in a safe environment, meet the highest standards of quality and contribute to the efficiency of our manufacturing process. As part of the team, your key responsibilities include; + Following safety standards and procedures to ensure a safe working environment + Producing products according to specifications and Quality standards + Use of SAP and other online computer systems + Active use of lean manufacturing tools including 5Y, Kaizen and One Point Lessons to reduce losses across the plant + Maintaining a clean and organized work environment + Collaborating with team members to meet production goals and deadlines + Reporting any issues to the Shift Leader or Manager Specific responsibilities for Production Operator; + Monitoring and inspecting semi-finished / finished products to ensure they meet Quality standards + Setting up, operating, monitoring and adjusting production machinery and equipment + Basic machine troubleshooting and autonomous maintenance A career with Mondelēz International offers a culture where safety and teamwork are priorities.
