The Suttontown Plant are currently seeking a Production Warehouse Operator on a Part-Time, Fixed Term contract until September 2025. This position is requires 40 hours/fortnight. Position is structured across rotating shifts – Day / Afternoon / Night.

Working within our experienced team at the ionic Philadelphia site, you will have a variety of responsibilities in ensuring the plant meet Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Sustainability and Morale targets.

Job Description

The successful candidates will play a vital role in our manufacturing process, ensuring that our products are made in a safe environment, meet the highest standards of quality and contribute to the efficiency of our manufacturing process.

As part of the team, your key responsibilities include;

Following safety standards and procedures to ensure a safe working environmentProducing products according to specifications and Quality standardsUse of SAP and other online computer systemsActive use of lean manufacturing tools including 5Y, Kaizen and One Point Lessons to reduce losses across the plantMaintaining a clean and organized work environmentCollaborating with team members to meet production goals and deadlinesReporting any issues to the Shift Leader or Manager

Specific responsibilities for Production Operator;

Monitoring and inspecting semi-finished / finished products to ensure they meet Quality standardsSetting up, operating, monitoring and adjusting production machinery and equipmentBasic machine troubleshooting and autonomous maintenance
