**Job Title: Manufacturing Operator - Grave** **Job Description** As a Machine Operator in the Monolithic department, you will work in a team environment and operate heavy manufacturing equipment. This role requires interfacing with computer-controlled systems, frequent troubleshooting of both mechanical and computer equipment issues, accurate data entry, and following written instructions using the shop floor computer system. You will also participate in team activities, including meetings, giving and receiving feedback, sending and reading emails, housekeeping, and safety activities. **Responsibilities** + Operate heavy manufacturing equipment in the Monolithic department. + Work, communicate, and participate effectively in a lean and fast-changing environment. + Interface with computer-controlled systems. + Troubleshoot mechanical and computer equipment issues frequently. + Enter data accurately and follow written instructions using the shop floor computer system. + Participate in team activities, including meetings, feedback sessions, and safety activities. **Essential Skills** + Basic computer literacy. + Experience in production, mechanical, or general labor. + Ability to operate manufacturing equipment, including wire braiding machines and electrical crimping/sparking stations. + Familiarity with SAP or any ERP system is preferred, but not required. + Capability to adapt to a lean manufacturing environment. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Computer skills (Excel, Outlook) are an asset. + 6+ months of work experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred. + Motivated by challenges and problem-solving. + Exceptional attention to detail. + Experience in forklift operation, assembly, soldering, and material handling. **Why Work Here?** We invest in our people and help them grow within the company. You will be required to wear goggles and earplugs on the floor, occasionally lift up to 50 lbs, and frequently pull, push, grab, bend, stoop, or kneel. The ability to stand for an 8-hour shift and use a computer monitor for extended periods during normal working hours is required. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Redwood City, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.30 - $25.30/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
